Democratic style of leadership ideas have the ability to move more freely throughout the organization. Team are willing to openly discuss the ideas and the different concepts. In this type of technological environment Democratic style is in my belief the most efficient style available. In this type of leadership every employee’s opinion is up for consideration. In Democratic leadership the ultimate results are prepared by the democratic front-runners where other group associate are asked by them to make contribution concerning the progression of decision making. Career gratification is not simply growing by this through the contribution of the associates of group, but it also delivers support to abilities improvement of the individuals. The team member can control their destiny by themselves through which they get motivation for working hard by getting the financial reward. The purpose of which is time is required to create involvement of the affiliates of groups and may be more time is needed but the better can be come. The condition on when this method is used, in the time of working on a team as essential and when value gets more importance rather than the market speed or the efficiency of the workers.
